Quality Policy 

The Cornucopia Tool & Plastics, Inc. Quality Assurance System is based on the precept that Quality is a management philosophy.  Under this concept, total Quality is defined as that degree of excellence which blends product Quality and cost to provide customer satisfaction.  Our Quality policies are intended to fulfill this management doctrine while complying with the specified government and customer Quality Requirements.

The Quality Program shall provide resources to effectively control and monitor all company functions which contribute to the deliverable product and thus allow management to strike an optimum balance among the factors of reliability, cost and schedule.

The Quality Assurance Department shall provide definition, coordination and monitoring of the Quality Assurance System; however, contribution to, and support of the System shall be the responsibility of all departments.

The quality system shall be compatible to customer requirements and ISO-9001:2000 compliant.
