Operations / Specialty Services
Our
special operations department is equipped to decorate
plastic with the use of pad printing, hot-foil stamping,
and silkscreen processes, allowing our customers to display
their company logos or special art work. Although insert
molding is common at Cornucopia, the use of ultrasonic
welding offers the ability to incorporate threaded inserts
and other features into products when it may not be feasible
during the molding process. Additional holes, slots, cut-outs,
and windows are commonly machined features in the special
operations department.
